The latest Your Bus Journey survey from Transport Focus, covering over 50,000 bus journeys across England and Scotland, shows ALBUM operators leading the way in bus passenger satisfaction scores. Nottingham City Transport topped the rankings in England with 94% overall satisfaction, while McGills achieved 97% to lead Scotland.
In total, ten ALBUM operators scored above the national average, reflecting the consistently high standards ALBUM members deliver for passengers, including: Lothian Buses (94%), Reading Buses (92%), trentbarton (91%), Ipswich Buses (90%), Blackpool Transport (90%), The Blackburn Bus Company (90%), Warrington’s Own Buses (86%) and The Keighley Bus Company (86%).
